The Lands Department issued four pre-sale consents for residential developments, involving 2,142 units, in the second quarter of this year.

The four pre-sale consents were issued for three residential developments.

One of the developments, involving 123 units, is located in Happy Valley and expected to be completed next year.

Two phases of a development in Tuen Mun that involves 1,323 units and one phased development in Fanling with 696 units are expected to be completed next year.

The department issued one consent to assign in the quarter, involving 1,658 residential units in one phased development in Tuen Mun.

At the end of last month, 30 applications for pre-sale consent for residential developments, comprising a total of 13,578 residential units, and three for non-residential developments, were being processed.

In addition, the department is handling two applications for consent to assign involving 332 residential units and one non-residential unit respectively.
