Ballots were drawn today for the Sale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme Flats to determine the priority sequence of the applications.

The ballot was conducted by the Housing Authority and the results are available online.

Eligible applicants will receive notifications in batches for flat selection from the third or fourth quarter of this year.

This sale round includes 2,359 new flats at Lai Yuet Court in Cheung Sha Wan; around 300 unsold or rescinded flats from Kai Chuen Court in Diamond Hill, Ko Wang Court in Yau Tong and Kam Pak Court in Ma On Shan, and about 350 recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme flats.

The authority received around 56,000 applications, comprising around 35,000 carried-over Green Form applications from the Sale of Home Ownership Scheme Flats 2023 and around 21,000 new applications.

Among them, about 46,000 came from family applicants and about 10,000 were from one-person applicants.
