Secretary for Culture, Sports & Tourism Kevin Yeung congratulated the Hong Kong, China delegation on winning four silver medals and one bronze at the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou today.

Mr Yeung said: “The Hong Kong, China Delegation is keeping up the good work and continues to achieve outstanding results. We are proud of them.”

Track cycling athletes Lee Sze-wing and Yang Qianyu won silver in the Women's Madison event, while Leung Ka-yu bagged a silver at the Men's Omnium event.

Equestrian athlete Jacqueline Siu took home a silver medal in the Dressage Individual event and swimmer Siobhan Bernadette Haughey earned a silver in the Women's 50m Freestyle.

Fencers Daphne Chan, Valerie Cheng, Kuan Yu-ching and Sophia Wu grabbed a bronze medal in the Women's Foil Team event.
