A site at Yau Kom Tau in Tsuen Wan in the 2023-24 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender from June 23, the Lands Department announced today.

Designated for private residential purposes, Tsuen Wan Town Lot No. 430 has a site area of about 48,673 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 82,620 sq m and 97,200 sq m - excluding the day activity centre and hostel for severely mentally handicapped people, which is to be constructed by the purchaser under the Conditions of Sale.

At least 1,940 residential units shall be built within the lot, all of which being Starter Homes units.

The tender invitation for the lot will close on August 18.

The land sale documents will be available on the department’s website from next Friday.
