A Kennedy Town site in the 2023-24 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender from May 19, the Lands Department announced today.

Inland Lot No. 9094 at the junction of Sai Ning Street and Victoria Road is designated for non-industrial purposes.

It has a site area of about 2,260 sq m with a minimum gross floor area of 13, 560 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of 22,600 sq m for private residential purposes. 

The maximum gross floor area for non-industrial purposes excluding private residential, godown, hotel and petrol filling station is computed according to the relevant special condition in the Conditions of Sale.

The purchaser has to construct a public transport terminus and a public toilet according to the Conditions of Sale.

The tender invitation for the lot will open on May 19 and close on June 30.

Relevant land sale documents will be available on the department’s website from May 19.
