The Lands Department announced today that the tender for a site at Sai Ning Street and Victoria Road in Kennedy Town has been awarded to Grand Harvest (HK) Development at a premium of $439 million.

Inland Lot No. 9069 has a site area of about 537 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for private residential purposes is 4,296 sq m.
