The Fire Services Department announced today that it will hold an open day for the Fire & Ambulance Services Academy in Tseung Kwan O on November 6.

The Fire & Ambulance Services Education Centre & Museum will also be open that day.

Activities will include a fire appliances parade, firefighting and rescue demonstrations as well as training facility, equipment and special vehicle displays.

It will also feature a recruitment experience area, a Fire Services working dogs demonstration, an exhibition and game booths.

The open day will be held from 9am to noon and from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. People can apply for a maximum of four admission tickets online until October 26. Children aged three or below do not require a ticket.

The tickets will be allocated by computer ballot and successful applicants will receive an email notification on October 28.
