The Home Affairs Department announced today that in view of the service demand, an additional hotline centre for the StayHomeSafe telephone hotline has been set up at Fung Tak Estate Community Centre in Wong Tai Sin.

Together with the existing hotline centre at Lai Chi Kok Community Hall, the StayHomeSafe hotline 1833 019 opeartes from 7am to 11pm daily with over 150 lines during busy hours.

The department said it will adjust the hotline’s service level to tie in with the COVID-19 epidemic situation in order to provide the necessary support and assistance to citizens in home quarantine under the StayHomeSafe scheme.
