Themed garden plots in Oriental and Western styles are set up at designated parks during phase three of the Blossom Around Town programme, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department said today.

From now until October 16, garden plots featuring special themes such as holiday resorts in Southeast Asia, traditional Chinese gardens and tree house-style gardens will be on display to mark the 25th anniversary of the of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’s establishment.

Apart from taking photos and checking in at the parks, citizens can cast online votes for their favourite garden plots with a chance to win gifts, the department added.

Meanwhile, two 1:1 robotic dinosaurs, which were reconstructed under the palaeontologists’ supervision, will be exhibited alongside floral displays in four venues.

One robotic dinosaur will be showcased at each of the following places: Central Plaza of Tsuen Wan Park from today to October 30, Entrance Plaza at Tai Po Tung Cheong Street Leisure Building from tomorrow to November 6, Piazza of Kowloon Park from November 7 to December 27, and Lawn Area of North Point Promenade from November 11 to December 30.
