The tender for a residential site in Kowloon Tong has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.6083 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

The New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6638 at No. 79 Broadcast Drive, was awarded to Gainful, a subsidiary of Lai Sun Development Company.

It has a site area of about 2,217 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The site's minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 3,991 sq m and 6,651 sq m.
