5 imported COVID-19 cases reported
The Centre for Health Protection today said it is investigating five additional imported COVID-19 cases.
The patients arrived from Pakistan, Germany, Malaysia, Turkey and Bangladesh.
A total of 46 cases were reported in Hong Kong in the past 14 days. Two are local cases with unknown infection sources, one is import-related and the rest are imported.
The centre also reminded specified people linked to Tower 6, Harbour Place in Hung Hom and Bohemian House in Sai Ying Pun to undergo compulsory testing tomorrow in accordance with the compulsory testing notice.
A mobile specimen collection station will be set up at the open space next to Tower 6, Harbour Place to provide free testing services.
Meanwhile, a school in Tin Shui Wai is covered in the compulsory testing notice due to an outbreak of upper respiratory tract infection or influenza-like illness.
