The Government today announced that it has set up a website to facilitate the public to download their electronic testing record through the COVID-19 Electronic Testing Record System.

With effect from 2.30pm on December 31, members of the public can download their electronic testing record after receiving negative test results from the test services provided by the Department of Health, the Hospital Authority and community testing centres.

They can input their Hong Kong identity card number and specimen bottle number into the website to download the record.

The Government will hold a briefing on the COVID-19 Electronic Testing Record System in early January for institutions providing private testing services to facilitate the public to download their electronic testing record through the system after undergoing testing in private testing institutions.

The Electronic Vaccination Record will be added to the system later. By then, the public can download both their COVID-19 electronic testing and vaccination records after verifying their identity through the iAM Smart one-stop personalised digital services platform.
