The Chief Executive has re-appointed Lo Yan-lai as Civil Aid Service Commissioner for two years from January 1, 2021.

Secretary for Security John Lee welcomed the re-appointment.

He said: “Mr Lo joined the Civil Aid Service as a volunteer member in 1981 and was promoted to Commissioner in 2019. He is deeply committed to the service and has profound experience in its work.”

Mr Lee added he is confident the team will continue to provide quality and reliable auxiliary emergency services to the community under Mr Lo’s leadership.
