The 2020 Policy Address to be delivered by Chief Executive Carrie Lam will be broadcast live on the Policy Address website tomorrow.

The full text of the Policy Address, its supplement, leaflets containing the highlights and related information will be posted after the Chief Executive has completed her speech.

Owing to the COVID-19 epidemic, copies of the address and the supplement will not be distributed to the public.

A small quantity of the leaflets will be available for collection at the Home Affairs Enquiry Centres in the 18 districts, 16 government offices and seven major public libraries.
