A total of 169 wet goods stalls were let out in the two-day open auction that ended today for stalls at the 2021 Victoria Park Lunar New Year Fair.

The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department said the average bid price for the wet goods stalls was about $14,570, with the successful bids ranging from $5,440 to $50,000.

The auction fetched a total of $2,462,320 compared with $1,134,097 last year.

The auction for Tat Tung Road Garden Lunar New Year Fair stalls will be held at Rooms 1403, 1404 and 1414, Harbour Building, 38 Pier Road, Central at 9.30am tomorrow.

The auctions for stalls at the Fa Hui Park, Kwun Tong Recreation Ground, Morse Park and Cheung Sha Wan Playground Lunar New Year fairs will be held at the Assembly Hall, Lai Chi Kok Government Offices, 19 Lai Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok at 9am on November 20 and from November 23 to 25.
