The Leisure & Cultural Services Department will present four performances by the Shanghai Yue Opera Group in July as part of the Chinese Opera Festival.

The shows will include an all-star cast featuring National Class One Performers.

They will stage the traditional classics Romance of the West Chamber, Meng Lijun, Tale of the West Garden and Southeast the Peacocks Fly.

The performances, available with Chinese and English surtitles, will be held at the Cultural Centre from July 25 to 28.
