A public toilet has been provided at the West Kowloon Station Bus Terminus while Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) and Citybus (CTB) have also set up their regulator kiosks and staff rest rooms. 

The Transport Department made the statement today in response to media enquiries, expressing regret over the misrepresentation by KMB on the facilities of the bus terminus.

The department said during the planning of a new public transport interchange, it will generally provide toilets and reserve locations for bus companies to set up regulator kiosks and staff rest rooms.

Before the commencement of a new interchange, the department and the bus companies will conduct trial runs at the interchange and will make appropriate alterations to ensure the operations are smooth.

The department, KMB and CTB, have already arranged bus trial runs at the terminus, and the alteration works for road facilities have been completed to facilitate the opening of the bus terminus on September 16.
