Cultural consultation: Chief Executive Donald Tsang tours the roving exhibition at the InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong, at which the three conceptual plan options for the stage-two public-engagement exercise for the West Kowloon Cultural District project are displayed. More than 27,000 people have visited six roving exhibitions across Hong Kong and submitted neary 6,000 questionnaires.
