Police have arrested a 37-year-old man over the murder of his 42-year-old brother in Mong Kok.
Police received a report about 12.25pm today that a man was attacked with a knife inside a restaurant on Portland Street.
Officers arrived to find the victim unconscious with multiple chop wounds.
He was certified dead on arrival at Kwong Wah Hospital.
Police found his brother at Lok Ma Chau and seized a knife in his possession.
The suspect is being detained for questioning.
