Twenty-nine people have been arrested for bribery over Jockey Club membership applications.
Independent Commission Against Corruption officers have arrested three voting members and members of the Jockey Club, middlemen and applicants for membership.
The investigation was launched after a complaint alleging corruption in membership applications for the club.
With the assistance of middlemen, one of the arrested club members, suspected to be the mastermind, allegedly conspired with the voting members to accept bribes from applicants as reward for supporting their membership applications.
The club is assisting in the investigation.
