Police have arrested a taxi driver after an accident in which a road worker was killed in Kwun Tong this morning.
The 43-year-old man was driving the taxi downhill on Tseung Kwan O Road about 5am when he reportedly rammed into a parked van. The van then struck three road workers.
The four were sent to United Christian Hospital where a 39-year-old worker later died. He had serious head injuries.
The driver was arrested for dangerous driving.
Witnesses should call investigators on 2305 7500.
