A 56-year-old woman was killed after she was struck by a public light bus in Western District.
At about 6.30pm, a 36-year-old man was driving the bus uphill along Eastern Street when it reportedly ran into the woman as she was crossing Queen's Road West.
She was sent to Queen Mary Hospital where she was certified dead at 9.18pm.
