The tender for a Kai Tak non-industrial site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $24.6 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6556 was awarded to Rich Union Development, a subsidiary of Nan Fung Development.
It has a site area of 19,044 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes excluding residential, godown and petrol station.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 106,602 and 177,670 sq m.
