Secretary for Transport & Housing Prof Anthony Cheung will visit Madrid from May 9 to 11 to sign an air services agreement with Spain.
Spanish Minister of Public Works Inigo Joaquin de la Serna Hernaiz will also sign the agreement.
Prof Cheung will visit aviation training facilities in Madrid.
During Prof Cheung's absence, Under Secretary for Transport & Housing Yau Shing-mu will be Acting Secretary.
