A residential site in the 2014-15 land sale programme - Sha Tin Town Lot No. 601 at Yiu Sha Road, Whitehead, Ma On Shan - will be disposed of by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
The tender invitation for the lot will open on October 24 and close on December 5.
The lot has a site area of about 23,500 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 21,600sq m and the maximum is 36,000 sq m.
The final conditions of sale will be available for distribution and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by October 24, when the tender particulars will also be gazetted.
