The Department of Health is monitoring 12 Middle East Respiratory Syndrome cases in Saudi Arabia.
The cases involve 10 men and two women aged 20 to 80, including two deaths.
Two previously confirmed patients died.
To date, 1,102 laboratory-confirmed MERS cases have been reported to the World Health Organisation globally, including at least 383 deaths.
No human cases of the disease have been recorded in Hong Kong.
Travel agents organising tours to the Middle East are advised not to arrange camel rides or activities involving the animals, which may increase the risk of infection.
