Manila hostage survivor Jason Leung has moved from Tuen Mun Hospital's intensive care unit to a high-dependency unit.
Speaking to the media after attending a radio programme today, Secretary for Food & Health Dr York Chow said Leung's condition has improved significantly in recent weeks. The 18-year-old's life is no longer in immediate danger, but he must remain isolated from the public to avoid infection.
He can now focus his eyes, communicate with people and move his hands.
