Leisure & Cultural Services Department
The Leisure & Cultural Services Department provides leisure and cultural services; promotes synergy with sports, cultural and community organisations in enhancing the development of the arts and sport in the territory; preserves cultural heritage; and beautifies the environment through tree planting.
Free horticultural exhibition the World of Flowers will be held October 30 and 31 in the Kowloon Park Arcade.
Organised by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department, the show features a host of displays on flowers and plants, games stalls and eco-friendly horticulture workshops. Visitors can learn pot planting under the guidance of horticulture experts.
The show is open 10am to 4pm each day.
Two talks in Cantonese will also be arranged at the Secondary Hall of Kowloon Park Sports Centre. Admission tickets are required.
