Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury James Lau will travel to Hangzhou tomorrow to join other board members of the MTR Corporation for meetings and site visits to its railway business there.
He will return to Hong Kong on October 10.
During Mr Lau's absence, Under Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury Joseph Chan will be Acting Secretary.
