Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So will visit Belgium October 12 and 13 to promote Hong Kong as an investment and tourist destination.
Mr So will visit a technology incubator and co-working space for start-ups in Brussels.
In Antwerp he will meet with Hong Kong people to update them on the latest developments and opportunities at home.
He will attend a Cantonese opera performance staged by Spring Glory Cantonese Opera Workshop from Hong Kong, held by the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office in Brussels.
He will have meetings with senior officials from Belgium and the European Commission, and the Chinese Ambassador to Belgium Qu Xing.
He will also attend the Hong Kong Gala Dinner held by the HKETO.
