Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Raymond Tam says the Government will host a second round of gatherings to engage stakeholders in discussions on constitutional development.
He told the media today Legislative Councillors and representatives of the Central Government’s Liaison Office in Hong Kong will be invited to the gatherings.
They will provide a useful platform for stakeholders to reach a consensus on constitutional reform that complies with the Basic Law, he added.
