Sha Tin site to be auctioned

The Lands Department will auction a residential site in Kau To, Sha Tin, on August 9 at Queen Elizabeth Stadium.
 
The lot has a site area of 23,056 square metres with gross floor areas of 57,496 square metres to 95,826 square metres.
 
At least 970 flats must be built.
 
The final conditions of sale will posted on the department’s website on July 22, while the particulars of the auction will be gazetted the same day.
