Chief Executive CY Leung met visiting National People's Congress Standing Committee Chairman Zhang Dejiang this afternoon at Mr Zhang's Wan Chai hotel.
Mr Zhang arrived in Hong Kong earlier today for a three-day visit, during which he will deliver a keynote address at the Belt & Road Summit tomorrow.
