Director of Marine Michael Wong will become Permanent Secretary for Development (Planning & Lands) from August 31, the Government announced today.
Director of Government Logistics Maisie Cheng will succeed Mr Wong as Director of Marine on September 15, while Land Registrar Mary Chow will become Director of Government Logistics on October 15.
Secretary for the Civil Service Clement Cheung said the appointees are seasoned Administrative Officers with rich public administration experience, and proven leadership and management skills.
He said he is confident they will ably lead their departments to meet the challenges ahead.
