The Central Government Offices were closed this morning as access roads were blocked because of protests, the Administration Wing announced.
Staff based at Government headquarters were advised not to go to work this morning and to follow the contingency plans of their respective bureaux or departments.
Morning visits to the CGO were also postponed or cancelled.
