The Government today strongly condemned protesters outside the Chief Executive's Office for blocking police vehicles from delivering supplies to frontline officers.
The protesters have occupied roads, obstructed the entrances and exits of government buildings, stopped police officers from changing shifts and denied them food and water. The Government stressed that these are serious, illegal acts and are unreasonable and inhumane actions.
There are claims that the protesters outside the Chief Executive's Office are not listening to the Hong Kong Federation of Students, Scholarism or the organisers of Occupy Central, but are being directed by radical social activists.
The Government issued a stern warning to the protesters - whether they are acting on their own initiative or not - that they should stop their actions immediately, or else the Police will take appropriate force to stop them, as and when necessary.
