Chief Secretary Carrie Lam visited two youth groups today, and reassured them that the fourth-term Government attaches great importance to young people’s opinions. 
 
Mrs Lam toured the Youth Square in Chai Wan, where she listened to young users’ views on the facilities the venue offers.
 
She then visited The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Building in North Point to exchange views with about 30 secondary and university students, university graduates and volunteers on current affairs and volunteer services.
 
Mrs Lam also explained the Chief Executive’s initiative to establish youth hostels, introduced early this week.
 
She assured the young people she met today that the Government will get in touch with them proactively to ensure policies reflect their views.
