Budget consultation starts
The Government today launched the public consultation exercise for the 2021-22 Budget.
Financial Secretary Paul Chan said from the middle of last year until now, Hong Kong has been hit consecutively by social incidents and the COVID-19 epidemic, adding that the economy has plunged into a deep recession.
