2 pre-sale consents issued in May

May saw two pre-sale consents issued for 14 residential units in Kowloon Tong and 45 commercial units in Kowloon Bay, the Lands Department says.

The Kowloon Tong units will be completed in May next year while the commercial units will see completion in December.

Sixteen applications for consent to sell uncompleted residential units and three for uncompleted commercial developments are being processed.

The 16 applications involved 6,551 units. Five developments of 624 units will be completed this year, 10 developments involving 5,597 units will be completed next year and the rest will be completed in 2011.

Two applications for consent to assign 2,596 residential units are being processed.

More information on the consents can be found here or by calling 2147 5475.
