A residential site in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme - Lot No. 758 in Demarcation District No. 332 at Cheung Sha, Lantau Island - will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
It has a site area of about 4,212 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 2,022 and 3,369 sq m.
The tender invitation for the lot will run from November 7 to December 19.
Final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's website by November 7, when the tender’s particulars will also be gazetted.
