Post-office work approved
September 12, 2013
The Advisory Committee on Post-office Employment for Former Chief Executives & Politically Appointed Officials has endorsed a job proposal from former Central Policy Unit full-time member Charles Kwan.
He plans to form a publishing consultancy company and serve as its director. The committee said it would not cause any potential conflict of interest, nor would it likely cause any adverse public reaction or public perception problems.
The Government has considered the committee's advice and approved the post-office work proposed by Mr Kwan, who left office on April 1, subject to certain restrictions.
